ข้อมูลสถานที่ กิจกรรม และจุดบริการมาจากการสำรวจภาคสนามและหน่วยงานภายในสถาบัน หากพบชื่อผิด ตำแหน่งคลาดเคลื่อน หรือจุดบริการที่ไม่มีอยู่จริง แจ้งชื่อจุดและสิ่งที่ควรแก้มาทางอีเมล เราแก้ที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ให้ โดยคุณไม่ต้องอัปเดตแอป

แอปไม่แสดงตำแหน่งของฉัน

ตรวจว่าอนุญาตสิทธิ์ตำแหน่งแล้ว และเปิด Precise Location ไว้ ในอาคารบางจุดสัญญาณดาวเทียมอ่อน ตำแหน่งอาจคลาดเคลื่อนชั่วคราว

กดนำทางแล้วขึ้นว่าอยู่นอกพื้นที่

การนำทางใช้ได้ภายในพื้นที่ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง เท่านั้น หากอยู่นอกพื้นที่และต้องการลองใช้งาน เปิด “โหมดสำรวจ” ในหน้าตั้งค่า

แอปเวอร์ชันนี้ครอบคลุมเฉพาะพื้นที่ของ สจล.กรุงเทพฯ ส่วนวิทยาเขตชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ จังหวัดชุมพร อยู่ในแผนพัฒนาระยะต่อไป

โหมด AR ไม่แสดงภาพจากกล้อง

โหมด AR ต้องใช้สิทธิ์กล้องและเข็มทิศ หากเคยปฏิเสธไว้ ให้เปิดสิทธิ์กล้องใหม่ในการตั้งค่าของเครื่อง เครื่องที่ไม่มีเข็มทิศจะไม่มีปุ่มเข้าโหมดนี้

ข้อมูลกิจกรรมไม่ตรงกับที่ประกาศ

แอปดึงข้อมูลใหม่ทุกครั้งที่เปิด หากยังเห็นข้อมูลเก่า ให้ปิดแล้วเปิดใหม่ ถ้ายังไม่ตรง แจ้งชื่อกิจกรรมมาทางอีเมล

ข้อมูลในแอปมาจากการสำรวจภาคสนามและจากหน่วยงานเจ้าของข้อมูล จึงมีขอบเขตที่ควรทราบก่อนใช้วางแผนการเดินทาง

• ข้อมูลสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้พิการ (ทางลาด ลิฟต์ ห้องน้ำสำหรับผู้พิการ) บันทึกจากการสำรวจ ณ ช่วงเวลาหนึ่ง ลิฟต์อาจปิดซ่อม หรือทางลาดอาจมีสิ่งกีดขวางในภายหลัง หากต้องใช้จริงในการเดินทาง ควรตรวจสอบกับหน่วยงานที่ดูแลอาคารก่อน
• เวลาและห้องของกิจกรรมมาจากผู้จัดงาน และเปลี่ยนแปลงได้หลังจากส่งข้อมูลมาแล้ว ควรยืนยันกับผู้จัดงานอีกครั้งก่อนเดินทาง
• ความแม่นยำของตำแหน่งจากดาวเทียมโดยทั่วไปอยู่ที่ประมาณ 10-30 เมตร และคลาดเคลื่อนมากขึ้นเมื่ออยู่ริมอาคารสูงหรืออยู่ภายในอาคาร ทั้งนี้แอปไม่สามารถระบุได้ว่าคุณอยู่ชั้นใดของอาคาร
• เครื่องบางรุ่นไม่มีเข็มทิศ ทิศที่คุณกำลังหันจึงไม่แสดงบนแผนที่ และการอ่านตำแหน่งต่อเนื่องทำให้แบตเตอรี่ลดเร็วกว่าปกติ
• โครงข่ายทางเดินมาจากการเดินสำรวจ ณ ช่วงเวลาหนึ่ง เส้นทางบางช่วงอาจปิดปรับปรุง ล็อกนอกเวลาทำการ หรือมีสิ่งกีดขวางที่แอปไม่อาจทราบได้
• ภาพจากกล้องจราจรถูกลดความละเอียดลงโดยตั้งใจ ไม่ใช่ระบบเฝ้าระวังบุคคล และไม่สามารถใช้ระบุตัวบุคคลได้ ทั้งยังงดให้บริการนอกเวลาที่กำหนด
• ตำแหน่งรถ Shuttle ที่แสดงบนแผนที่อาจล่าช้าหรือสัญญาณขาดหายเป็นช่วง และไม่ใช่การยืนยันว่ารถจะมาถึงตามที่แสดง

Please include your device and OS version, the app version (Settings › Version), what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

Places, events and facilities come from field surveys and university departments. Email us the place and what should change; we fix it on the server, so you do not need an app update.

The app does not show my location

Check that location permission is granted and Precise Location is on. Reception is weak inside some buildings, so the position may drift for a while.

Directions say I am outside the campus

Directions work inside King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang only. To try the app from elsewhere, turn on “Explore mode” in Settings.

This version covers KMITL's Bangkok campus only. The Prince of Chumphon campus in Chumphon province is planned for a later release.

AR shows no camera image

AR needs camera and compass access. If you declined the camera earlier, allow it again in your device settings. Devices without a compass do not show the AR button.

Event details do not match the announcement

The app reloads data each time it opens. Close and reopen it; if it still differs, email us the event name.

The data comes from field surveys and from the departments that own it, so it has limits worth knowing before you plan a journey.

• Accessibility features (ramps, lifts, accessible toilets) were recorded by survey at one point in time. A lift can be out of service and a ramp can be blocked later, so check with the staff who look after the building before relying on one for a journey.
• Event times and rooms come from the organisers and can change after they are sent to us. Confirm with the organiser before you travel.
• Satellite positioning is typically accurate to 10-30 m, and less accurate beside tall buildings or indoors. The app cannot tell which floor of a building you are on.
• Some devices have no compass, so the direction you are facing is not shown, and reading the position continuously drains the battery faster than usual.
• The walking network was surveyed on foot at one point in time. A path can be closed for works, locked outside opening hours, or blocked by something the app has no way of knowing about.
• The traffic camera images are reduced in resolution on purpose. They are not a surveillance system and cannot identify a person, and they are unavailable outside service hours.
• Shuttle positions on the map can lag or drop out, and are not a guarantee that a vehicle will arrive.
